Data controller
SoundStash is a service operated by Cristian Saylor (sole trader), the data controller responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at soundstash.info@gmail.com.
Personal data we collect
- Account data — your email address and authentication details when you sign up or sign in (including via Google).
- Content data — the DJ sets, track details and titles you create and save.
- Billing data — subscription status and identifiers needed to provide Pro. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
- Usage & technical data — basic analytics and log data such as device/browser information to keep the service secure and working.
How we use your data
To provide and secure the service, manage your account and subscription, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running SoundStash, and your consent where required.
Who we share data with
We share personal data with service providers who help us run SoundStash, including:
- Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record and payment processor, which handles checkout, billing and refunds.
- Our cloud/database hosting provider — which stores your account and set data.
- Google — if you choose to sign in with Google.
Data retention
We keep your account and set data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your saved sets at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email soundstash.info@gmail.com.
