SoundStash ("we", "us", "our") is a service operated by Cristian Saylor as sole trader. By accessing SoundStash or subscribing to SoundStash Pro you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Our order process and subscription billing are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. When you subscribe, your contract for the purchase is with Paddle, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply.

SoundStash provides a DJ set planner, harmonic and energy analysis, shareable set links and editorial content. SoundStash Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks unlimited saved sets and pro-grade exports (PDF set sheets and Rekordbox-compatible files).

SoundStash Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and can cancel at any time before it ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically. SoundStash Pro is then billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled, and renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

In addition to the free trial, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial paid charge and on each renewal charge. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing or harmful activity, no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service, and no automated abuse. You are responsible for the content you add to your sets and for keeping your account secure.

SoundStash, its branding, software and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the set data you create; you grant us a limited licence to store and display it so we can provide the service (for example, shareable set links).

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and other users. You may stop using the service at any time; cancelling your subscription stops future renewals.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
