Refund Policy

Every SoundStash Pro plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, so you can make sure Pro is right for you before you pay anything. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

We want you to be happy with SoundStash Pro. If it isn't right for you after the trial, you can request a refund as set out below.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial charge or of a renewal charge. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, contact Paddle directly at paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout. Paddle manages the refund end to end and issues it to your original payment method — no need to contact us.

Once a refund is issued, your SoundStash Pro benefits (unlimited saved sets and pro exports) will end. Your saved sets remain stored on your account; you simply return to the free plan limits.

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
